Fitness is a way of life. Fitness is the ability to do the things you want to do. To
stay or be fit, we need to move our bodies in a mindful way everyday. Developing body awareness allowing us to
honor, care for, and nourish our bodies properly. My goal is to share my knowledge of yoga, Tai Chi, and personal
training with participants to improve their health and well-being. This year, one of my resolutions is to share
information with my students on how we can all get fit together.
The currently teach group classes
at Friendship Village and Banner Desert Hospital. I offer private yoga, Tai Chi and personal training at your
home or office. In addition, I also offer customized in office group fitness and yoga classes to meet the needs of your
office; helping to improve the well-being of your employees. For specific information on any of these service, please
